Business Development Manager for Seat OEMs and Airlines (m/f/d, 80-100%)

To grow our team, we are looking for a Business Development Manager for Seat OEMs and Airlines (m/f/d, 80-100%) at our office in Langenthal, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your main tasks:

           Developing and executing strategic sales plans to capitalize on new opportunities and bolster Caynova's market presence

           Collaborating in setting and attaining sales objectives as an integral member of the sales team

          Cultivating and fortifying relationships with customers through consistent engagement, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of their need   and challenges

            Leading project negotiations

            Performing thorough market analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the markets

           Representing Caynova at trade shows, industry events, and conferences to establish valuable connections, promote products, and remain updated on industry advancements, contributing to the company's visibility and network expansion efforts

            Fostering close collaboration with other Business Development Managers to ensure alignment of strategies, plans, targets, and opportunities


What we are looking for:

           A bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, economics, or business management or equivalent qualification

           Several years of professional experience in sales of technical products

           Proven track record in new business development, preferably in aviation and specifically in the commercial aircraft cabin industry

           Solid knowledge of aviation regulations, particularly in ETSO (European Technical Standard Orders)

           Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

           Strong business acumen with the ability to identify and pursue growth opportunities

           Excellent English and German skills in speaking and writing, native or C1 level.

           Willingness to travel > 60%
