Key Account Manager (m/f/d, 80-100%)

To grow our team, we are looking for a Key Account Manager (m/f/d, 80-100%) at our office in Langenthal, starting immediately or by agreement.

Your main tasks:

           Ensuring a smooth transition from the acquisition project to formalizing contracts, confirming that all agreed-upon terms, scope, costs, timing, etc., are accurately reflected

           Navigating customers from project initiation (ITCM) through product or shipset delivery, ensuring all their requirements and expectations are met with precision and satisfaction.

           Acting as the primary liaison within Caynova for addressing problems or malfunctions, coordinating seamlessly with internal teams and external service partners to swiftly resolve issues and ensure operational efficiency.

           Assisting the New Business Development team by leveraging insights and valuable information obtained from customer interactions, facilitating the identification of potential new opportunities within the customer pipeline.

           Managing the warranty process to ensure efficient processing of eligible claims and timely delivery of replacements or repairs in accordance with warranty agreements. Additionally, coordinating cabin inspections as needed.

What we are looking for:

           A bachelor’s degree in business administration, industrial engineering, economics, or equivalent qualification

           Proven track record in key account management, preferably in aviation and specifically in the commercial aircraft cabin industry

           Comprehensive understanding of the requirements for aircraft seating systems from a holistic perspective

           Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

           Excellent English skills in speaking and writing, native or C1 level. German is a plus.

           Willingness to travel up to 20%
